Picking out the bad bits:
- The pressing kick after the power kick is a bit late. This means I'm not getting the hips as high as I used to be able to and it's not flowing so much. When it's better it should flow better and I should sit higher. It's much too late on the single stroke fly which I'm working hard at to get my 100m right.
- The left arm slips water because of an old shoulder muscle imbalance that's nearly gone. This is getting better and I should have a more powerful left-hand & sit higher in the water, as at the moment I'm missing the lift because it's slipping. It looks a bit lop-sided (the stroke is designed to be) but too much.
- Need more ankle flexion for the underwater! Head needs to be tighter back into the arms.
